  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, weights, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
